RULES: 1. The Kinsman Building will be open to receive exhibits from noon to 8 pm on Monday, September 7th. Allexhibits must remain until 5 pm on Sunday, September 13th. 2. Entries must be in place by 8:00 pm on Labour Day (Monday) because judging will take place on Tuesday. 3. Fruit polished or without stems will not be considered by the judge. All fruit should have a stem showing and “bloom” as perfect as possible. 4. Vegetables such as beets, carrots, etc., should have their tops removed ½ inch above the crown. 5. Note that the dirty and jagged outer scales are to be removed from onions. 6. The judge is requested to note the care and taste displayed in the arrangement of all collections, as well as the excellence of the fruit. 7. Specimens should be as uniform as possible in size, color, and form.
