Please note that, due to the high cost of postage, exhibitors’ entry tags will not be mailed. Exhibitors may pick up their entry tags when they bring in their exhibits. Pre-registration is not necessary.
To receive exhibits, the Kinsmen building will be open from noon until 8:00 pm on Monday, September 7th. Judging of all the exhibits will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 8th.
Prizes: 1st – $4.00; 2nd – $3.00; 3rd -$2.00
SHOW RULES:
1. Exhibits should be grown by the exhibitor.
2. No artificial flowers.
3. Exhibitors may make one entry in a given section.
4. All exhibits are accepted at the owner’s risk, although every effort will be made to protect the exhibits.
5. All exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own clear containers. These must be insect-free.
6. Pop or beer bottles are not acceptable as containers.
7. Identification cards must be those entry tags supplied by the exhibition. The class and section should be filled in, and the name of the exhibitor should be filled in.
8. If a certain number of blooms, spikes, stalks, etc. is specified, the exact number of these must be shown in a clear container. Otherwise, the exhibit will be disqualified.
